Disney's popular Phineas and Ferb children's program features a blue-green
(teal?) platypus named Perry, a.k.a. Agent P, and Disney has proclaimed today, Platypus Day.
Strange but cute--and really, doesn't that say it all when you're talking about an animal that looks like a cross between a duck and a beaver and in the case of Agent P, is wearing a hat?--but I digress...anyway, if you need a little exercise and want to have some fun with the kids, today would be a fine day to learn the Platypus Walk dance--you can check out the video from Disney below to see what you are getting yourself into. Even First Lady Michelle Obama got on board and did the Platypus Walk on her tour for the second anniversary of the Let's Move! initiative. Love Phineas and Ferb (and Agent P!) and want to read about them while you rest up from all that dancing? We've got you covered here. --Seira
